Option 1: Delete from the app
Open beChat, go to Settings, choose Account, and select Delete account. Follow the confirmation prompt to remove your account from the service.
Option 2: Delete by email
Email privacy@bechat.world with your beChat PIN and the device fingerprint shown in the app. Request account deletion in the message body.
What happens next
After a valid request, beChat removes the account record, device fingerprint, public keys, and encrypted message blobs associated with the account. Deletion is normally completed within 30 days.

What may be retained
beChat may retain limited records where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to comply with legitimate legal obligations. beChat does not store plaintext messages or plaintext attachments.
