Your beChat account is identified by an auto-generated PIN and device fingerprint. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may use beChat only for lawful communication. You may not use beChat to harass, abuse, impersonate others, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
4. Service availability
beChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the privacy policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to beChat if we determine that use of the service violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, beChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
